I thought this website launch would be under very different circumstances.
I thought it would be done by now so that I do not have to chase down the the clock to beat the midnight deadline. The deadline that will see us cross-over to the new year.
I thought I would be doing this in the comfort of my home and not the cyber.
I thought it would be as smooth as the many trials I have done with the self hosted version of this website.
And I thought I would have people to witness it and pat me on the back for this mild milestone for my start-up.
But none of those have come to be.
Instead, almost the opposite has happened. But I am still happy. I have to go now because Victor, the great guy who has let me stay at his cyber this late is about to head home to be with his folks as they cross over to the new year.
There are no balloons, cutting of ribbons, or kisses from the girlfriend. But I have you and for whatever it is worth, thank you for launching with me today.
